Why we process data

With your consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)), we use contact details, work preferences, availability, experience and qualifications to handle your application. Sharing a professional profile with potential employers in the Netherlands requires a separate consent. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting past lawful processing. Providing data is voluntary; without contact details we cannot contact you.

AI and recipients

AI supports the conversation and structures declared information. A person reviews job requirements and makes recruitment decisions. We do not automatically reject or rank applicants. Cloudflare provides hosting and database services; ElevenLabs supports voice conversations. Email and messaging providers process data when those channels are used. International transfers, where applicable, require GDPR safeguards, including an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses. Contact us for details or a copy of the applicable safeguards. Employers receive only an approved profile within your consent.

Retention

Applications without an offer are deleted after 90 days; all contact profiles are deleted no later than 90 days after creation. The same limits cover screening notes. Consent withdrawal stops new introductions and pending messages. Minimal accounting records and evidence of actions may need to be retained for applicable legal obligations and claims, without keeping the full candidate profile. A protected contact fingerprint prevents accidental re-enrolment after withdrawal.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability and, where applicable, object. We verify identity before disclosing or deleting data and normally respond within one month. You can complain to Spain's AEPD or the competent authority where you live. A withdrawal cannot recall a message already delivered; we handle the necessary recipient follow-up.

Cookies and referrals

The internal panel uses an essential session cookie. A partner link records the referral source and an aggregate click count. We do not use advertising cookies on these pages.
