AI helps prepare posts, vacancy copy, WhatsApp messages and video scripts. A content library and personal sharing links help recruiters build reach. Content is reviewed before publication.

The AI recruiter supports intake and organises experience, availability and preferences. A human recruiter checks the information and handles the personal conversation.

During onboarding, we configure a connection to your vacancy website. The aim: import new and updated jobs and check weekly which ones are still current.

Vacancy links preserve the referral source. Hours and settlement records keep the work visible; API connections for automatic hours imports are agreed during onboarding.

Alongside recruitment billed for hours worked, we offer targeted search and headhunting for direct employment. We agree the profile, search approach and fee model for each assignment.

We focus on vacancies open to international candidates, from production and technical work to specialist roles. Language, experience, qualifications, work eligibility and relocation arrangements are agreed for each vacancy.

A suggested match
Current matching prepares suggestions based on the candidate’s stated region. The recruiter checks job requirements and fills in missing information.

The recruiter approves
After confirming with the candidate, the recruiter sends the agency a reviewed introduction. You receive a prepared profile.
The client portal supports onboarding, documents, vacancy imports from a link and timesheets from CSV/Excel. Imports require review. Weekly vacancy synchronisation and automatic hours imports through an API are still in development.

I’m Kevin Marchwiak. I started Online Recruiter around ten years ago. Several recruitment agencies began under my guidance. Technology limited what we could do then. Today, AI and automation help us build the network I had in mind.

Before launch
When is the official launch?
We plan to launch on 1 November 2026. Until then, we are adding vacancies, bringing agencies and recruiters on board and completing their onboarding.
Does our agency have to keep everything updated?
We configure the vacancy connection together to reduce duplicate entry. During onboarding we confirm which automation is available for your data source.
Who decides whether to introduce a candidate?
The recruiter checks the match and confirms the candidate’s interest and consent. AI assists; the final introduction remains a human decision.
What does the presentation cover?
Your vacancies, marketing support, the AI recruiter, integrations and collaboration. We discuss pricing and terms in person.
